Yeah 100km done time for a beer ( well i woud have picked a margarita but I couldn't get that into my hydration pack ) .

How good of a friend is she ? The best , here she is coming back to cheer me on and help me get through the last pitch of this hill . I wanted to do this ride for years and years finally while talking on the phone Zoie signed us up and the rest is history . Love you Zoie !

On reflection I beleive it is best to actually finish biking before you drink beer ,lesson learned . But would I really be able to peddle by knowing icy refreshments were inside ????
